In Kyle Kulinski’s recent video — Supreme Court Legitimacy Goes Up In Smoke — he quotes the below tweet and offers his thoughts. I’ll provide you with his video’s full transcript as well as my rebuttal.

Okay, so polls are as reliable as my Grandmother’s chastity belt.
Kyle frequently resorts to poll numbers to justify his policy positions.
As a self-proclaimed Social Democrat, Kyle fails to understand that humans are rationally ignorant.
Polls are also often asked by leftwing organizations (Politico) with biased embedded into a questionnaire’s sequence and sentences.
A better way to gauge public support on an issue isn’t to look at what people say to a pollster, but how they vote in the booth. For example, despite single-payer’s supposed popularity, there isn’t a single state that has implemented it.
