I talked more about how in previous articles/videos, but the gist is that a global regulatory agency will have to be created that has the ability to say STOP to corporations and countries developing artificial general intelligence and to ensure 100% transparency because often times the innovation of these things are driven by the fear of what the other guy could be doing.
