How did I lazily oversimplify? You basically restated what I said about Black Hills and then touched upon other cases while conveniently leaving out facts that distract from your own oversimplified narrative (such as by not mentioning that the Native Americans broke the Black Hills treaty too).

You agree with me all land is stolen if you define stolen as "take without permission." And then you agree with me that the land is not stolen if you define as "take without legal right" because with the possible exception of Black Hills we followed our own misguided laws.
